“Greetings from beautiful Bordeaux. Just a brief note to say how fabulous this tour has been. We finished this evening with our degustation dinner. We have been very fortunate with the weather, the only time there has been raining we were either travelling in the van with our guide or inside at our cooking class. The whole tour has been so well put together, we have had the best tables at the (organised) restaurants & the selection of vineyards has been very thoughtfully constructed – a balance covering a wide range of wine growing methodologies.
