Three days of lazing around in a spa centre
in the sunny south of France with unlimited access to pools,
hammam, stretching
and aquagym. 3* hotel, half-board and hire car included.
To the south of the great pine forest of les Landes (the
largest forest in Europe -even bigger than the Black Forest!),
thirty kilometres or so from the ocean, lies the spa town
of St Paul-lès-Dax. The air is pure and the waters
crystal clear - the perfect spot for a few days of recharging
the batteries.
Our programme gives you three days of unlimited access to
the spa facilities without leaving the hotel/spa complex.
Saunas, hammam and pools are there for you to use as you
will. Stretching and aquagym classes are held throughout
the day. Indoor and outdoor pools are heated winter and summer
to 30° and 34°C.
Bicycles can be hired from the hotel along with guides to
the many cyclepaths through the pine forest. The perfect
way to fortify those red blood cells!
Your accommodation is the magnificent Hotel Calicéo,
right in the spa complex. Each room is air-conditioned and
has a generous balcony over-looking the outdoor pools and
fountains. Breakfast and dinner are taken in the hotel restaurant.

From Biarritz airport take the A63 motorway north towards
Bordeaux. After 48 kms leave the A63 and take the N124 towards
Dax. On approaching Dax take the D16 to St Paul-lès-Dax;
Once in the village follow the signs to the Hotel Calicéo.
