St Lary is more than just a ski
slope. At the apex of three valleys it is an ideal
centre for enjoying the ski slopes, the surrounding
countryside as well as St Lary itself. The village
is an ancient mountain settlement with bakeries and
shops, as well as bars, restaurants and clubs.
As it is the only 'real' village
serving a handful of piste-only ski resorts St Lary
is the après-ski capital of the central
Pyrenees. During the ski season it is jumping with
action in a great selection of bars and clubs open
all night.
St Lary is also a renowned spa with
thermal baths, well-being centre and an extraordinary
lookalike-canyon where you can take the waters after
a hard day's skiing.

3* hotels in the village centre or in self-catering
3* residences for 7 night breaks.
The ski slopes extend over three high regions: the
Pla d'Adet (St Lary 1700), Espiaube (St Lary 1900)
and Vallon (St Lary 2400). MAP
There
are over 120 kms of pistes (11 green, 19 blue,
10 red and 7 black). Access is by
télépherique (400 yards from the residence)
or by road.
how to get there:
A 90 minute drive in your hire car (included) by
motorway to Lannemezan and then by easy road to St
Lary. No passes or difficuly stretches to negotiate:
roads are cleared of snow immediately.

Our 3* Hotel & Restaurant is a pure unspoilt
haven right in the centre of the village. The rooms
have ample balconies and terraces, bathroom or
shower,
direct telephone and television and all afford good views out over the surrounding
mountains. The restaurant is the best in town - so good that we include dinner
on the night of arrival. St Lary's famous thermal baths are only a two-minute
walk away: a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes.

this comfortable hotel offers a high standard of comfort, in-house spa facilities
and a very good restaurant.

Your hotel
is a superior 2* hotel a few metres from the lift up to the slopes. All 30
rooms are equipped with bathroom, wc, TV and phone ... and mountain
views. There is a comfortable bar-lounge area with a welcoming open fire.
No restaurant
but the village is teeming with good cafés and restaurants
(and plenty of nightlife).

Extremely well-appointed 3* residence not far from lift and spa. The apartments
are equipped with quality furniture and kitchenware: each has a dishwasher,
hob, microwave, TV and balcony with table and chairs for dining outside. (This
is the Pyrenees - you can do this sort of thing in March). The residence has
a compact gym and spa centre (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) for use by customers.
Private parking (paying) available if needed.
