Serre Chevalier is really an agglomeration of a dozen or so alpine villages
clustered at the base of the 4th largest ski area in France. Our chalets are
located in Villeneuve at Serre Chevalier 1400.
the skiing
A combination of open slopes and sweeping runs through larch forest.

Serre Chevalier - the village
No international jet-set here with pounding electronic music all night but
a quieter more rural and authentic atmosphere with good little restaurants
and bars serving local specialities and normal-priced drinks.

The residence is situated in Chantemerle (one of the villages
that make up Serre Chevalier), 200m from the ski lifts and
ESF ski school (free shuttle buses), ski back to door, the
resort centre and shops.
This new property is made up of 72 apartments spread over
3 four-storey buildings (with lifts).
Apartments: kitchenette with microwave & dishwasher,
television and balcony.

from an architecture unique to the department of the “Hautes
Alpes”. The residence, which is surrounded by a landscaped
garden, enjoys an ideal position, only 50m from the shops
and 200m from the ski lifts.
Apartments: 143 apartments with: Fully equipped kitchen
area (Cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker).
Bathroom with Hair dryer. Separate toilet. Television (Flat
