Font Romeu is in the eastern Pyrenees and has the highest
amount of sunshine of any french resort. The village is perched
above the Cerdagne plateau at 1800 metres with fabulous view
over to Spain and Andorra. The skiing area is a vast unspoilt mountain with a selection
of pistes for every level: 6 black, 8 red, 11 blue and 15 green.
And there's a great surfpark for those who prefer the board.
Snow is now guaranteed every winter on at least 40 of the pistes. 
Unlike many of the Pyrenean sites, Font Romeu has an extensive
Nordic skiing area with over 80 kms of signposted trails. Dog-sledding
and snowshoe hiking is also possible in this resort. Hotel accommodation Your accommodation is a comfortable room in a quality three
star hotel, one of the few 3* establishments in the
resort. The hotel is a modern establishment located in Font-Romeu's
centre, near the Les Airelles ski area, 200 metres from
the nearest slopes and ski lifts. It also boasts a heated,
indoor pool.
 With light, modern decor and furnishings, the 36 guest rooms
open onto balconies and provide satellite TV, direct-dial phones,
wireless Internet and ensuite bathrooms with hair dryers.
After a day on the slopes guests can relax over drinks in the
