you are just a stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards,
the Place de la République and the Canal St Martin.
Whether it's sightseeing or shopping you have in mind, this
is the perfect location.
To help you orientate yourself in this beautiful city we have arranged
a
TRULY PARISIAN GUIDED CRUISE
Welcome on board for a one-hour cruise accompanied by a clear,
lively commentary together with passages of music
evocative of the places and periods on the route.
The commentary is broadcast via individual handsets and is
available in 13 languages.
Each language version has specific anecdotes and cultural references.
A guide/hostess takes the microphone from time to time (in
four languages) to enrich the commentary with the latest events
in Paris (temporary exhibitions, shows, cultural and sports
events, etc.).

Each studio has a folding bed (or twin beds or double bed), a
kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, hotplates, coffee-maker
and dining area, a bathroom with shower and WC, telephone and

Note: these are self-catering flats: breakfast is not included
in our price but may be ordered on arrival at 6 euros per person.
The residence offers standard hotel facilities: lift, safe, breakfast
room, mini-bar at reception, internet access room and launderette.
