Access from the UK is fast and simple: 90 minutes from the airports of Pau or Toulouse which are only 2 hours from London, Dublin, Bristol and Manchester.   This is a sporting/activity package with the emphasis on having fun rather than sporting prowess. The core of the two day programme is skiing and snowboarding in the vast ski domain at St Lary: there are challenging pistes for the very best skiers as well as gentler slopes for beginners. A highlight is a ride on a snow scooter (professional instructor to hand).   After the thrills and spills on the piste comes the relaxation and warmth of a visit to St Lary Spa, one of the oldest and most elegant thermal baths in the Pyrenees. Two hours of wallowing in the warm waters of the Spa's 'Canyon' with its waterfalls, whirlpools and deep pools. Personalized massages and care treatments are an optional possibility.   Nightlife is in keeping with the location: St Lary is only a few miles from the Spanish frontier so a night in a Pyrenean Spanish tavern with tapas and music makes a fitting finale to the day's activities.   Accommodation is in a 3* bijou hotel in the village centre: quiet and comfortable rooms, stunning views of the surrounding peaks and a gourmet restaurant to satisfy the most avid lover of French cuisine. Seminar/meeting room available. Most of our clients opt for a three night programme here: arrival on the Friday, transfer up from Toulouse or Pau airport, settle into hotel, exploration of the village, meeting/briefing in seminar room, apéritif and dinner at hotel. Saturday and Sunday: full day on the slopes with a snow scooter session scheduled according to your wishes. Return to village around 4pm for Spa visit and massage. Dinner in Spanish auberge the Saturday evening, at the hotel restaurant on the Sunday.
