Day 4 : Clermont Ferrand to Arles


Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Millau.

Meet your guide at the viaduc and enjoy a guided tour of the Viaduct de Millau, tallest in the world and taller than the Eiffel Tower ! The viaduct is slung across the valley of the Tarn River and was designed by Norman Foster. The viaduct is crurrently the longest cable-stayed bridge in the world.

Go on to Nîmes where you will meet up with your guide in order to discover the Arena, best preserved Roman amphitheater in the world. It is 2000 years old and can hold more than 24,000 spectators. Also visit the Maison Carré, the main temple of the Gallo-Roman city.

Transfer to Arles and settle into your hotel.

Dinner in local restaurant & overnight at your hotel.


Day 5 :  Camargue


Pick up at your hotel by your guide and set off for a full-day tour of Camargue, place of encounters ! Between the earth and the water, the sky and the swamps, the salt and the stilts. It offers a rich biological diversity with unique breeds of horses, bulls and more than 400 species of birds.

Transfer to Arles and continue to day with a guided tour of the city known for the wealth of its Roman and Romanesque heritage and where for a time, Picasso and Van Gogh lived.

Dinner at leisure & overnight at your hotel.
