Ginger Bread Dijon

Day 5 : Dijon

 

Pick up at your hotel by your driver and guide and departure for Dijon.

Start off with a guided walking tour of Dijon where you will enjoy discovering and strolling around the famous Dijon market. Treat yourself to local specialities and go on to Mulot et Petitjean, the ginger bread experts. Enjoy a visit of the factory followed by some tasting.

For lunch, a local restaurant will surprise you with delicious and mouth-watering dishes such as the marvellous French snails.

Before leaving Dijon stop at Bourgogne Street, a producers shop where you will be able to ask the different producers about their products and learn all about the gastronomic specialities of Burgundy.

On your way back to Beaune, enjoy a visit of a snail farm followed by a tasting session. Discover how snails are breed, how to prepare and savor them.

Farewell dinner & overnight at your hotel.

 

Day 6 : Departure

 

Pick up at your hotel by your driver and transfer to Dijon Train Station.
