An escape alongside majestic rivers to discover the Quercy, its way of life, the fabulous vertical city of Rocamadour, built into the cliffside and the black Périgord with its beautiful landscapes. Travel through the deeply embanked Dordogne and Vézère rivers and their numerous châteaux that marked out this historical route. |
Difficulty level: average, sometimes difficult. It is a 6 day riding break. This is a self guided cycling tour. You will be provided with a road book with all the information about the route and your accommodation. The rented bikes are "VTC" bike (type road bikes) - 21 speed gears. They are equipped with 1 or 2 rear panniers (saddlebags), 1 repair kit, 1 pump and 1 lock. Departure day: anytime between March and October, subject to availability. Access: Souillac train station. Nearest airport: Toulouse or Bordeaux. You can take your own bike (100€ discount) |
