Bordeaux is known all over the world thanks to its famous vineyards. So, this is the logical starting point for your cycling trip, with such a rich city in cultural and historical places.

Let you bear away on the sweet atmosphere and follow an itinerary which will guide you from the 'Entre deux mers' area to the land of 'Haut Médoc'.

Smell the delicate and fruity fragrances diffused from the famous wine properties with suggestive names and dream about the glorious and turbulent past of these old properties that you will cross.

Difficulty level: average, sometimes difficult. It is a 5 day riding break.

This is a self guided cycling tour. You will be provided with a road book with all the information about the route and your accommodation.

The rented bikes are "VTC" bike (type road bikes) - 21 speed gears. They are equipped with 1 or 2 rear panniers (saddlebags), 1 repair kit, 1 pump and 1 lock.

Departure day: anytime between March and October, subject to availability (except on Sunday).

Access: Bordeaux train station or airport.
