Day 1: Bordeaux
Meeting with your english speaking guide at the airport or the train station in Bordeaux. Departure for a visit of Bordeaux (2h) to discover the historical heart of the city. You will be able to admire the restored building and the pedestrian streets. From the Middle Age relics (Saint André Cathedral, Saint Pierre area) to the elegant buildings of the XVIII century. discover the different golden ages of Bordeaux history, dominated by wine trade and colonial influences. Lunch at the Museum Café, at the second floor of the museum, above the Narthex of the warehouse. It was converted by Andrée Putman. Visit of the Museum of Modern Art with a program of temporary exhibition and special dates about history and art, music, or modern creation. Its collection includes more than 700 work of art showing avant gardes from the 60s until today. After the visit, you will have some free time for shopping. Overnight at the hotel.
