The truffle market in Lalbenque is the largest in Southwest France. Enjoy a Gourmet lunch in a Ferme Auberge and demonstration of 'cavage', the ancient art of detecting underground truffles using a dog, pig or 'truffle fly'. The Lot Valley is also the land of Foie Gras and you will learn everything you need about the cooking of this regional delight. |
A XVIIth century Château now transformed into a three star hotel of quality and character.
