This shared tour around the Midi-Pyrenees is for parties of 2 to 6 people of friends or family that get together. With daily departures, fix your dates at any time of the year and we'll take care of the rest:

This shared tour makes you explore the capital of the Midi-Pyrénées, Toulouse. It is the region's largest city with more than 439.000 inhabitants. This beautiful metropolis with the heart of a village, famous for its wonderful quality of life, is also France's third university city and the birthplace of Airbus. Enjoy a panoramic tour of Toulouse with his prestigious city center architecture: church and monastery.
 
Then, you will enjoy a guided visit of the magnificient pink-bricked town of Albi in the Tarn. You will discover the beautiful Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a masterpiece of the Southern Gothic style and the famous Toulouse Lautrec Museum. You tour continues with a visit of the medieval town of Carcassonne where you still find parts of the ancient ramparts. 

Day 1 - Arrival in Toulouse

Settle in your hotel located in the heart of the city.

Enjoy a guided walking tour of Toulouse wich is also called the Pink City and covered with russet tiles and colored red-orange bricks. Its prestigious past has left an indelible mark on Toulouse's city center architecture: the Saint Sernin Basilica, the larget Romanesque church in Europe, the church of the Jacobins, the most complete monastery in France, the Capitol with its façade of stone and brick and the marvelous Salle des Illustres with the square bringing the same name, recently renovated.

 

During the tour you will admire all the main sites and monuments as well as numerous beautiful renaissance town-houses.

Day 2 - Albi & Carcassonne

Breakfast at your hotel.

Pick-up at your hotel by your driver-guide and drive through the Gaillac vineyards to Albi, magnificient pink-bricked town on the banks of the Tarn. Admire the fortified Cathedral of Ste-Cécile, before touring the Toulouse Lautrec Museum in the old Bishop's Palace. You will also have the time to stroll around the beautiful Berbie Gardens, giving you an amazing view over the Tarn river. Then you will be heading to Carcassonne for a visit of the citadel that dominates the medieval village. It's a town within a town, a maze of narrow cobbled streets within severe ramparts of thick walls.

Optional Day 3 - Rocamadour, St-Cirq-Lapopie & Cahors

Pick-up at your hotel by your driver-guide to discover Rocamadour. Situated up a cliffs side, Rocamadour offers a beautiful view over the Dordogne Valley and became a stop on the pilgrimage path to Santiago de Compostella. During a guided tour, you will discover the Saint-Sauveur Basilica as well as the Notre-Dame Chapel. Continue your tour to St-Cirq-Lapopie, classified as one of the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France'. The narrow cobbled streets are lined with very beautiful half-timbered stone and wood houses dating from the 13th to 16th century. Departure towards Cahors where you can admire one of the only medieval military bridges left in Europe, the Valentré bridge. Your guide will then take you up the Saint-Cyr Mountain to enjoy a fantastic view over Cahors.
