Day 1: Nice

Arrival at Nice Airport.

Pick up by your driver & your guide and departure for a panoramic tour and a guided visit of Nice. You will see the major sites of the town and walk down the Promenade des Anglais boulevard which is one of the most famous streets in France.

Settle into your hotel in Nice.

Welcome dinner in a traditional restaurant.

Overnight in your hotel.

Day 2: Monaco - Monte Carlo - Eze

Pick up at the hotel by a private coach and your guide and transfer to the glamorous town of Monaco. Walk through the small streets of the old town on the rock. See the Prince's Palace and the changing of the guards.

In the afternoon, discover the famous Casino and race-track of Monte Carlo and enjoy a game in the Casino. Drive back to Nice via Èze Village, old medieval village perched like eagles nests.

Back to your hotel & overnight in Nice.

Day 3 : St-Paul-de-Vence - Grasse - Cannes

In the morning, your guide will take you for a walking tour of Nice’s old town and its famous Marché aux Fleurs. It is the charismatic heart of the city and contrasts well with the Belle Epoque buildings that line the waterfront and the west of the city.

Transfer to St-Paul-de-Vence and walk around the narrow and picturesque streets. This charming village is well-known for its modern and contemporary art museums and galleries. Enjoy a traditional Petanque game with some delicious tapas.

Then on to Grasse for guided visit of the well-known Perfumery Fragonard.

Your tour ends with a discovery of Cannes, the star of the Riviera, which is famous for its film festival, glitzy hotels, shopping, the old port, beaches, exotic sport cars and yachts. Walk through the renowned 'Croisette Promenade'.

Day 4 : Aix-en-Provence - Avignon

Pick up by your driver & your guide. Today we will head to the Provence. We will stop in Aix-en-Provence and enjoy a walking tour to see the hot thermal springs & visit the Musee des Tapisseries and Paul Cezanne's studio (almost as he left it in the 1900s).

Transfer to Avignon city center. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the fortified city of Avignon, including a visit to the Palace of the Popes, built in the 14th century overlooks a lively square. Not too far away stands the famous Pont d'Avignon.

Transfer & settle into your hotel in Avignon.

Day 5: Camargue

Pick up by your driver & your guide for a full day excursion in Camargue, a place of encounters: between the earth and the water, the sky and the swamps, the salt and the silts. It offers rich biological diversity with unique breeds of horses, bulls and more than 400 species of birds. Guided tour of Arles known for the wealth of its Roman and Romanesque heritage and where for a time , Van Gogh and Picasso lived. Then on to Aigues-Mortes, an extraordinary medieval fortified city in the Gard.

Day 6: Pont du Gard - Nîmes

Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Pont du Gard, the best preserved part of the Roman aqueduct which drove the water to Nîmes. Then on to Nîmes, where the important monuments are the impressive Roman buildings: the Arena, the best-conserved Roman amphitheater in the world, the amphitheater, 2000 years old and the best preserved Roman arena in France, it could hold more than 24,000 spectators. The Maison Carrée, the main temple of the Gallo- Roman city.

We continue on to Châteauneuf-du-Pape where grapes were first planted in the 14th century by the Avignon Popes. We tour a local winery and enjoy some of the finest wines.

Day 7: St-Rémy-de-Provence - Gordes - Roussillon

Pick up at the hotel by a private coach & your guide.

Departure for St-Rémy-de-Provence, which highlights include ‘Les Antiques’, Grecian and Roman archaeological ruins as well as St-Paul-de-Mausole—the mental hospital where Van Gogh stayed in 1889.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a panoramic tour of the most beautiful hilltops villages in Provence. Start with Gordes : discover this tophill medieval village, completly made with the local dry stones called 'lauze', classified among one of the most beautiful villages in France. Continue to Roussillon, tophill village, surrounded by red, orange and yellow ochre cliffs, natural unusual landscape.

Day 8: Departure

Breakfast and transfer to Nice Airport.
