Day 1

You will arrive on monday or tuesday afternoon. After you have time to install you calmly into your comfortable hotelroom.
At the early evening you will meet the cooking Chef who will introduce you into your culinary experience.

Finally you will enjoy a gourmet dinner at the Château restaurant. This dishes you will cook the following days.
Day 2 and 3 in the morning

After breakfast you will be welcomed in the kitchen of the Chef cuisiner.
3 hours of intense work are waiting for you before you can enjoy your delicious selfmade dishes.

Chef Bernard Guillot, give priority to fresh local produce tailored to each season. Fish and shellfish from the Mediterranean and Atlantic, lamb, rabbit from the region and some international dishes are the specialities.
Also a good selection of local goat cheese, and the wide range of French cheeses.
As well as the gourmet desserts, based on seasonal fruits, chocolate and housemade sorbets.
A range of coulours and smells will delight your eyes and taste buds.
