The luxury spa programme in Biarritz looks

DAY 1: arrive Biarritz airport, 10 minute
taxi drive and you're in your hotel.
Explore the town and then dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2: After breakfast you could stroll
down by way of the old fishing port to the 'Grand Plage'
where
surfers bob and
weave through the waves and the beautiful people throng
the promenade and open-air cafés. Lunch in one of
the fish restaurants on the quayside before a visit to
the Maritime museum and aquarium ... then into the spa
for your first two-hour session of well-being therapy:
- Turkish Bath and jacuzzi
- Body treatment (scrub, rassoul or 'heat of the desert'
wrap, relaxing massage with essential oils)
In the evening
a visit to the famous Biarritz casino is a
must.
